Roof replacement
When the system has reached the end of its cycle or the deck is compromised, the existing roof comes off and a new system goes on — layer by layer.
Services
Plus ventilation and storm photos. We look at the house first, then write the scope. If the job is not for us, we say so.

When the system has reached the end of its cycle or the deck is compromised, the existing roof comes off and a new system goes on — layer by layer.

02
Localized leaks, loose shingles, or damaged flashing. We identify the cause first. We do not cover a symptom blindly.

03
A walk of the roof, attic, and critical details. You leave with photos and a clear account of what we saw — and what we cannot claim without opening more.

04
Balance of intake (soffit) and exhaust (ridge). A thoughtful upgrade helps manage heat and moisture. A poorly planned one can make the system worse.

05
We document the visible condition of the roof so you have a record. You handle the claim with your insurer. We are not public adjusters.

06
Beyond roofing, ALVTA takes on related residential construction. Scope is defined in writing on each project.
Photos help. A visit decides.
