ALVTA Roofing & Construction is based in Allen Park, Michigan. This site is our house and our calling card: who we are, how we work, and what we will not pretend.
The people on the roof have more than twenty years in the trade — not twenty years of a logo, twenty years of deck, ice, flashing, and cleanup. ALVTA is the name we put on that work now. We do not inflate the age of the company to sound older than it is.
We live and work here. Freeze-thaw, ice at the eaves, wind off the river, attics that sweat in July — that is the climate we install for. We serve the entire Detroit metro area and the communities around it. If your house is outside the area we can reach well, we say so instead of stretching a crew thin.
You should choose us if you want a straight conversation and a written scope. We will not tell you we are the only crew in Michigan. We will not tell you insurance will cover it. We will look at the house, explain what we can see, and write what the job includes — and what it does not.
