If you fill out the visit form, we use your name, phone, email, home address, and what you tell us in order to contact you and prepare the inspection. Nothing else.

If you use a referral code, we also store the code, the job address, whether you accepted the Neighbor Offer Terms and when, and a date-and-time log of that request so we can apply the discount and pay the person who referred you if the replacement is completed. The referrer sees that a code was used and the status of the job — not your full address or contract amount.

Today the visit-form send action opens your email app or, if a form service is configured, arrives in our inbox. Referral records are kept in our referral desk so the program can be audited.

Calls, SMS, and WhatsApp use the contact links. Those apps have their own policies.
